The course consists of theory & practical training, followed by an assessment day which consists of both written & practical components.

This course is designed for entry-level operators employed in underground metalliferous mines. Individuals in this role are responsible for completing routine tasks that are essential for the operations of underground metalliferous mines.

Supervision and Context: Work is carried out under direct supervision to emphasise the need for oversight and guidance from experienced professionals. The tasks are performed within a specific and defined context, ensuring adherence to established operational protocols.

All enrolments are considered tentative until payment has been received. Full course fee must be paid within 48 hours of enrolment.

Upon successful completion participants will receive a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment of RII20420.
