This course is designed for those looking to gain a qualification in cleaning operations within Australia. This qualification provides an occupational outcome for cleaners operation in a range of general residential and commercial settings as well as specialist cleaning environments.

The course consists of theory & practical training, followed by an assessment day which consists of both written & practical components.

This qualification defines the role of individuals involved in cleaning, encompassing a broad range of scheduled and unscheduled tasks. Their duties include following work plans, interacting with clients, and occasionally engaging with the public, working independently or under supervision. Individuals in this role use discretion and judgement to adapt cleaning procedures and techniques, working safely and responsibly.

Appropriate clothing and covered shoes or boots, food and drinks.  This course is covered in both a face to face & online learning environment. There are no entry requirements for this qualification.

There are no preparation requirements for this course.

All enrolments are considered tentative until payment has been received. Full course fee must be paid within 48 hours of enrolment.

Upon successful completion participants will receive a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment of CPP30321.
